Introduction

Hammer's Fist is REBORN!!

Welcome Troopers to the first of many Executive Officer reports of the new Hammer's Fist.The design layout and features of this report will definitely change over the weeks but in general this report will cover more personnel items freeing up Arch's report from needing to be really long.

So to get started I'm sure your asking what do I actually do here in the Hammer's Fist. Well besides being the Prefect's right hand mad and backup when he is on LOA. I am the commander of the SoC and will be responsible for them working as a team and making sure they are doing their job. Even the PRF I promised him that I will hold him to a high standard like he will of me and the rest of the SoC. I am the one that will be the final approval on all promotions and Medals for all member's including the PFT (he can't approve his own medals). Top Merit medals are still the honor of the PRF to award. I have the honor of welcoming and placing any new member's that join the HF.

While we are still a small Sub-Group. I will also be the direct commander of all squad leaders (more on them in a min). What that means is i will be reviewing/approving all of the Squad Leaders Monthly Squad Evaluations (MSE's), processing and approved any awards earned by you the members. I also will be evaluating the Squad Leaders Performance as part of my MSE to the Perfect.

So due to the many levels I will be involved in I will rely on the Squad Leaders to keep detailed records to make sure all Troopers are rewarded in a timely fashion. Squad Leaders any questions please email me directly.

Fiction SoC Position - Arch and I decided that making a new SoC postion and pulling a member from a squad would not have been a wise decision. So instead we changed the Position to a Assistant to PRF in charge of HF Fiction this way we don't lose a active member at the squad level. This will change once we grow in numbers and the need for fiction grows. ANYWAY without further babbling Congratulation to CPL Len Eode he becomes our A:PRF and will be in charge of how fiction is done here in the HF.

Squad Leaders - In my pleasure to introduce our First Squad Leaders CPL Liam Stephens of Alpha Squad, GSG Delak Krennel if Beta Squad, CPL Vosakia Spreex of Epsilon Squad and CPL Len Eode of Delata. Congratulations to you all! I look forward to working with all of you.

Battlefront 3 - The Open Beta went well and we have receive many screenshots to process so bear with Sparky he should have all backlogged shots processed soon. The game is set to launch on November 17, 2015. We plan to have a few events and comps tied to it so keep a look out.

Any trooper still that has not submitted your beta screen shots please do so before this Sunday 10/25/15! Please do not horde screenshots.

Competitions and Gaming - We will have HF wide comps but for now I will now leave this up to our CO Sparky and the Squad Leaders. Expect to hear from them soon.

Promotions and Transfer
