Greetings Troopers,

The biggest item of news this week is the end of Operation Barbarossa. I would like to thank those HF officers that participated, while at the same time throwing various large, heavy objects at the IW. I think this will, for the time being, end joint operations. The next Op will be us alone, with nothing to slow us down.

This month, there will be no Operations as there is a large Company vs. Company competition scheduled. There will, however, be an Operations Command sponsored Rn on for the 1st SOC as a continuance of the last Operation. Look for it posted sometime in the middle of the next week.

Looking ahead to the future, July will also be operation free. Before you groan to much and wonder what punishment Kuro will be inflicting on you instead (j/k), I'd like to put your fears and doubts to rest with the announcement of the return of the Hammer's Fist Leauge. This time the competition will be a tad different, but I don't want to go into details now. Just be content in knowing that the format may be familliar to some HF troopers from elsewhere. (and that's the only hint you'll get.)

Results for Op Barbarossa shall be coming down the pipe in the near future, so be prepared!
